
Lee works with the Vancity Capital team to lead its strategic direction. With over 25 years experience in the financial services industry, Lee provides clients with comprehensive advice on growth planning and capital funding. Lee joined Vancity Capital in December 2000 and specializes in financing for the sustainable economy including alternative energy.
Before joining Vancity Capital Lee spent 20 years with TD Bank Financial Group in Toronto and Vancouver, most recently as Managing Director, Emerging Public Markets at TD Securities. In his various roles at TD Bank Financial Group, Lee was involved with mergers & acquisitions, advisory services, and public/private equity and debt underwritings across a variety of industries. Lee was also a Senior Vice-President, Corporate Finance at Canaccord Capital Corporation and Vice-President, Investment Banking at Canadian Western Capital.
Lee has an MBA and an Honours BSc from Queen's University in Kingston, Ontario. He is a director of the Victoria Order of Nurses, BC, a director of the UBC Maurice Young Entrepreneurship Advisory Board, a director of the Building Opportunities with Businesses Inner City Society and a member of the Management Committee of Vancity Credit Union.

Kristi is responsible for sourcing, researching and underwriting financial investments for growth-focused organizations. Kristi has been with VanCity Capital since 2000 and specializes in the service and manufacturing sectors, with a particular emphasis on management buy-outs, shareholder buy-outs and acquisitions.
Before joining VanCity Capital, Kristi managed a portfolio of commercial clients at CIBC. She has also worked as an Investment Manager for the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development’s Small Enterprise Equity Fund in St. Petersburg, Russia. In these roles, Kristi completed a dozen equity and more than 500 debt transactions.
Kristi has an MBA in International Business from The University of British Columbia, and a BA in History and Russian Studies from McGill University. She is a Level III CFA candidate. Kristi has developed and taught various courses related to venture finance for the Institute of Chartered Accountants and the Certified General Accountants’ Association of British Columbia. She is a member of the Association of Women in Finance, the Vancouver Society of Financial Analysts, and serves on a variety of not-for-profit boards and committees related to children and early childhood development.

Robert Napoli specializes in providing acquisition, succession and growth financing to mid-market companies through out British Columbia. He has a particular focus on helping owners and managers realise value accretive opportunities through strategic acquisitions and management buy-outs. Robert also covers regional BC and has extensive experience in the services, wholesale and retail trade, technology, energy and manufacturing sectors.
Robert is a Chartered Accountant in Canada and Australia and holds Honours Degrees in Commerce and Law from Monash University, Australia. In addition, he holds a Graduate Diploma in Applied Finance and Investment from the Securities Institute of Australia.
Robert has over eight years experience in providing corporate finance, accounting and financing advice to small and large clients. Robert's business experience includes assignments in Canada, China, Australia, Thailand and Indonesia. Before joining Vancity Capital, Robert served as Manager, Corporate Finance with PricewaterhouseCoopers, where he advised clients on acquisitions, capital raising, valuation and strategic planning.
Robert has a young family with two boys under two. But in his few moments of spare time he is an active volunteer as a director of the Canada Australia and New Zealand Business Association (CANZBA), the Association for Corporate Growth (ACG) -Vancouver Chapter, and the Downtown Vancouver Association (DVA).
Robert also contributes to his profession as a committee member on the Accounting Standard's Board Committee on Differential Reporting.

Rebecca Pearson manages Vancity Capital’s Social Enterprise portfolio, structuring innovative financing packages for non-profit organizations, cooperatives, aboriginal ventures, social enterprises and sustainability-oriented businesses.
Rebecca has over 7 years of experience working in the field of sustainable development and finance. Rebecca has worked in socially responsible investment, sustainable transportation, social enterprise, and green building. Before joining Vancity Capital, Rebecca ran her own financial planning practice, focusing on small business owners, where she advised clients on strategic planning, taxation, green business practices, and socially responsible investment.
Rebecca holds an MBA from the University of British Columbia, with a specialization in Sustainability & Business. She holds a BA from the University of California at Berkeley in Sustainable Development and Industrial Engineering.
Rebecca is Vice President of Community Impact for the Vancouver chapter of Net Impact Professional, where she convenes highly skilled professionals to do pro bono consulting to help local nonprofits and social enterprises increase their impact. Rebecca is also a lead researcher for BALTA, a regional research collaboration funded by Canada's Social Sciences and Humanities Research Council amongst universities and community based organizations in Alberta and British Columbia with an interest in the social economy.
